Using a Shared Living model, individuals reside in family-style homes where they receive compassionate 24-hour support in a safe, stable, and supportive environment. Services are provided in accordance with each individual’s Person-Centered Service Plan (PCP), ensuring support is individualized and focused on enhancing quality of life, choice, and self-determination.
