At Everest Services LLC, provides nursing and healthcare coordination services in accordance with New Hampshire He-M 1201 regulations and all applicable Medicaid Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) requirements. Our nursing services are designed to support the health, safety, well-being, and medical stability of individuals receiving residential and community-based supports while promoting independence, dignity, and person-centered care within the Shared Living environment.
Qualified nurse trainers oversee medication administration systems and provide training, supervision, and competency evaluations for authorized staff and home care providers. Training includes medication administration procedures, medication safety, documentation requirements, infection control, emergency response, recognition of side effects or adverse reactions, and individual-specific healthcare needs.
Nursing services include:
- Medication administration oversight and MAR reviews
- Coordination of medical appointments and healthcare services
- Monitoring health conditions and physician orders
- Communication with healthcare providers and pharmacies
- Medication audits and quality assurance reviews
- Ongoing staff education and competency monitoring
- Health and safety monitoring and follow-up care
Quarterly quality assurance checks are conducted to ensure proper medication administration practices, documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely response to healthcare concerns. Everest Services LLC also provides 24-hour on-call support to assist staff and providers with healthcare-related questions, medication concerns, and emergency situations.
